- Any repairs made necessary due to the negligence or a wrongful act of the LESSEE shall be at the LESSEE'S expense.

- The LESSOR reserves the right to carry out any maintenance or repairs necessary to the dwelling during the rental period, subject to prior notice.

- The LESSEE must return the dwelling in a state of cleanliness equivalent to that observed at the time of taking possession, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
