- Any subletting or rental to third parties, including but
not limited to Airbnb or VRBO, is strictly prohibited.
- The dwelling may not be painted or altered in any way
without the prior written consent of the LESSOR.
- Any repairs made necessary due to the LESSEE's negligence
or fault shall be at the LESSEE's expense.
- The LESSSOR reserves the right to carry out any necessary
maintenance or repairs to the dwelling during the lease
term, subject to prior notice.
- The LESSEE must return the dwelling in a condition of
cleanliness equivalent to that observed at the time of
occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The LESSEE agrees to accommodate all requests for
showings to prospective new tenants, in the event the lease
is not renewed at its expiry, with 48 hours' prior notice.
